Cyclist Performance Diagnostic
A data-driven evaluation of how your body produces, controls, and transfers force–on and off the bike.
Stop guessing why your performance stalls.
You train consistently.
You invest in equipment.
You work on strength, mobility, and recovery.
Yet something still limits your output.
For many cyclists, it’s not fitness –it’s how their body handles force.
This diagnostic shows you exactly where that breakdown happens.
This is not a bike fit. This is not a generic movement screen.
The Cyclist Performance Diagnostic is a comprehensive evaluation of:
how you move under load
how much usable range you actually have
how efficiently you produce and absorb force
how those mechanics show up when you ride
It connects off-bike mechanics to on-bike performance –something most evaluations never do.
What we measure–and why it matters
1. Force & Control Mapping
Using a 1080 Motion assessment, we evaluate your ability to access mobility with stability under load.
Can you control range, or does force leak when demand increases?
2. Foundational Movement Patterns
Squat and single-leg squat patterns reveal how your system handles:
- vertical force
- unilateral loading
- side-to-side asymmetry
Strength only matters if the pattern holds.
3. Joint Availability (Ankle & Hip)
We assess:
- available range
- usable range
- compensation strategies
More range doesn’t help if you can’t access it under load.

4. Power Expression (Video-Based)
We analyze how you generate and decelerate force:
- sequencing
- symmetry
- control
Power isn’t just output — it’s coordination.
5. On-Bike Trainer Analysis
You submit video of you riding on a trainer so we can see:
- how off-bike mechanics show up on the bike
- where control breaks down under fatigue
- how posture, pelvis, and trunk interact during pedaling
This is where everything connects.
What you’ll walk away with
A complete performance profile
A clear explanation of what limits your output
Identification of your primary movement strategy
A personalized breakdown of findings
A clear recommendation for what to address next
This diagnostic is for cyclists who:
train consistently and want better return on effort
feel asymmetrical, unstable, or “always managing something”
want strength and mobility that actually transfer to the bike
are tired of trial-and-error programming and want something concrete.
