Small Group Lessons

Our small groups lessons are uniquely different because we offer them on 12-week cycles. In-season vs off-season vs pre-season cycles. We keep our groups to a maximum of 4 participants because we believe this allows a better platform to meet your unique and individual needs as an athlete.

Our Pilates lessons are designed with real world game-day experiences in mind and keeps your athletic goals as the center of the focus. Each week progresses from the next, so staying consistent is important. You can jump into any of the times each week and expect to stay on track with the overall program.

We offer homework videos with each series to help you progress!
