Pilates Group Sessions are dynamic, performance-driven group training sessions designed specifically for athletes to work on the fine details required for athletic performance. Combining the precision of Pilates with sport-specific movement, these sessions enhance strength, mobility, stability, and recovery to take your game to the next level.

Pilates for Performance

This is a high energy, intense session meant for the off-season training athlete

Pilates for Recovery

This softer, more gentle session is meant to help you maintain your strength, and provide in-season corrections for patterns that tend to go aloof during season.

Pilates Foundations

Don’t know where to start? Start with our Foundations small group and learn the basics, no matter what your sport or need may be. Receive at home videos to help expedite your learning curve and then jump into any of our other performance or recovery groups when you are ready! This is a slower paced group option focused on understanding the technique, cueing, and how to set up your equipment. It runs a rotating format of four different sessions. It doesn’t matter when you jump in the rotation!

Pilates for Athletes

Our Pilates for Athletes 1:1 lessons give you as an athlete an opportunity to dive deeper into your individual needs. Work with any of our highly trained instructors and see how the Classical Pilates method can enhance your overall performance and help you recover faster during the season.

Strength and Conditioning for Athletes

Many of our athletes seek our 1:1 strength and conditioning training to work on specific areas of speed development, strength and power development that is not achieved in a group setting or at their local school. This program is overseen by owner, Chris Snyder, and athletes will work directly with our sports performance coaches for maximum results.

Elite Performance Package

This package is designed to compliment your Pilates 1:1 training and/or your strength and conditioning training. You’ll meet with ELEMENTAL owners, Jessica and Chris, and we will sit down with you and review your needs as a complete athlete. After a lengthy discussion and overview, we will get to work!
Movement Analysis: We conduct a thorough movement review to see where we can improve your strength, mobility, speed, and power.

Game Tape Review: Here we watch you play your sport to see where our focus needs to be in the studio. We apply training methods and modalities that easily transfer to your sport to make you a more efficient and effective athlete.

90 min intensive sessions-These highly structured training sessions are designed to teach you your correct technique, and re-build your foundation.

Prices start at $1000 for this package and increases depending on the level of depth and review required.
