Professional Triathlete

Amanda competed in her first triathlon in 2013 and has been hooked ever since. She’s had several world championship appearances and earned a spot back to Kona for 2023, just 7 months after the birth of her youngest child. She won 70.3 Steelhead at 16 months postpartum. The best advice she received about being an athlete postpartum was to not mourn the athlete she was but embrace the athlete she was about to become. She wants to inspire women to believe that they can come back better and stronger after giving birth.

When she’s not training, you can find her drinking good coffee (IYKYK), chasing around her two young boys, enjoying the great food places Indy has to offer, or walking her black lab. Her mission is to coach YOU to thrive, in all areas of health, that you may not only be physically fit, but be inspired to find wellness, leading strong lives with strong bodies.
