Turn your world upside down with our 6-week handstand course hosted by Nyah Namisnak, a former gymnast and current Olympic weightlifter. This workshop requires practice, patience,and repetition to master your handstand. In the first coming week, you’ll work through important drills, practicing techniques, and shoulder and wrist strengthening and mobility. Following the introduction, there will be about 4-5 weeks of handstand progressions that require you to incorporate the information learned in the earlier weeks and not only show up to class, but practice 3-5 times a week. At the end of the course, you’ll learn the proper ways to get down from a handstand. After 6 weeks, you’ll be able to perform a handstand comfortably, safer, and more efficiently!
